Life Theatre's Sexual Harassment Dramatizations Leave A Lasting And Meaningful Impression.

AB 1825:

This law, effective January 25, 2005 requires that all employers with 50 or more employees provide at least two hours of "classroom or other effective INTERACTIVE training" to all supervisory employees on the prevention of sexual harassment discrimination and retaliation. This training should take place for all new hires and be repeated every two years.

Life Theatre Services offers sexual harassment trainings that are in complete compliance with Assembly Bill 1825. Our workshops are presented by trainers that have thorough knowledge and expertise in preventing all forms of sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.

Training Courses will include:

  • At least two hours of interactive training
  • Trainers with over ten years experience in sexual harassment education and prevention
  • Information and guidance regarding state and federal provisions concerning sexual harassment.
  • Dramatizations illustrating the type of conduct prohibited.
  • Guidelines plus facilitated audience discussion on how to prevent and correct sexual harassment.
  • Exercises on practical remedies available to victims of sexual harassment.
  • Examples on the prevention of harassment/discrimination/retaliation.
"Your company came in and captured everyone's attention by dramatizing the more subtle forms of sexual harassment... The structure of your presentation gave us the opportunity to problem solve together on ways to eliminate this bias..."
